We would like to reassure all our customers that as a key supplier we remain open and continue to operate with minimal disruption.
As a supplier of instruments, service support and manufacturer of reagents and chemicals to the water industry for over 45 years, we at PMA intend to play our part in continuing to supply essential goods and services. We are working with our suppliers and customers to maintain our lead-times with no disruptions. Where possible we ask our customers to assist us by placing orders as soon as possible, especially if they are larger or more frequent than usual.
The safety of our staff, customers and any drivers is the most important factor and we have already put in place additional health and safety measures. These are in constant review and we appreciate your patience during this time.
All our staff are issued with additional PPE and hand sanitiser. Collection of goods is restricted to business customers with prior approval and access to our offices/warehouse and production area is restricted. We ask you to contact us before collection.
Social distancing and self-isolation procedures have already been fully implemented and we ask everybody to adhere to them.
